Did you know that fats can help prevent anxiety?  You may be thinking ‘What!?!?!, How is that possible?’  Healthy fats are needed to keep the brain healthy.  The brain needs fats.  Without fats, the brain can starve and become inflamed, causing all sorts of issues.
