This episode is all about serotonin and possibly having a serotonin deficiency.  Having a deficiency in serotonin can cause all sorts of mood disorders and anxiety is definitely one of them.

At 5:05 it sounds like I am saying relate, but I am saying regulate.

At 14:07, I say 20% but mean to say 28%.
